We’re happy to provide you with another update from Horizon Flevoland about Potato Europe and the progress that’s being made here on the ground.
We would appreciate your sharing this information with interested parties in your region and we are happy to work with you to make sure Potato Europe can fit into the agenda of foreign visitors.
More than 173 companies in the potato value chain have confirmed their participation, with more than 1/3 of exhibitors coming from outside the Netherlands. This further demonstrates the importance of the Netherlands to the global potato chain and the importance of Potato Europe as the location to bring people together to learn about important developments.
Conference Program Taking Shape
With the theme “What’s New, What’s Now, What’s the Future,” the two-day conference for international visitors is beginning to take shape. Speakers from Wageningen University will join professionals from the potato chain to discuss global challenges such as soil quality, decreasing loss and adapting to the changing climate.
Additionally, there will be an innovation prize awarded by a jury of Dirk Duijzer, Dick Hylkema, Ernst van den Ende en Jaap Delleman.
B2B Matchmaking Made Possible by Enterprise Europe Network
Enterprise Europe Network will organise (in cooperation with DLG Benelux) a b2b matchmaking for visitors and exhibitors at the Potato Europe event from 1-2 September 2021 in Lelystad (NL). Before and during the Potato Europe event, we invite visitors and exhibitors to book meetings through our website to find a business match! The meetings will take place at the event in a dedicated business area.
How does it work?
Through our b2b matchmaking website, exhibitors and visitors can register and fill in their business and partnersearch profile. On the website all profiles are visible so participants can easily see with whom they would like to plan a meeting. Meetings will be arranged via the website and can be booked for 30 minutes per meeting. Via our b2b matchmaking website you can meet and match with several potential new business partners for commercial and technological cooperation.
