Control Towers International develops logistics proposition Flevoland

Last year Control Towers International (CTI), established in Hoofddorp, bought a plot of land of 1.3 hectares at Lelystad Airport Business Park for future development. CTI has the ambition to offer start-up companies the possibility to grow their operations in Lelystad.

CTI offers a broad range of innovative logistics solutions all over the world, managed by a control tower that is supported by the most up-to-date IT-devices. Lelystad offers CTI options to further expand its services. Flevoland’s capital city, together with Almere and Zeewolde, has become 4th in the national ranking of logistics hotspots.

The impending expansion of Lelystad Airport, the space and the rapid availability of plots, the improvements of the infrastructure, the arrival of fashion giant Inditex, and the coming into operation of the Flevokust Port for the inland navigation are all factors that contribute and create the favourable climate for logistics establishments. The new establishment in Lelystad in time will offer employment to 30-50 members of staff.
